Directions to desk
Please exit the baggage claim area to reach arrivals hall and take a right. Follow car rental signage. Firefly office is located at the end of the car rental area inside the arrivals hall. When returning the vehicle, there is a grace period of 29 minutes. If you take longer than 29 minutes after your designated return time to drop off the vehicle, you will be charged for an additional day of rental.

Customers who fall outside the age limitations will not be able to rent a car unless there is a young or senior driver fee specified in this section. Please note that, if applicable, this fee will be included in the rental price and will be payable on arrival at the rental desk in the local currency.
Travel Restrictions
Firefly cars can be taken into Portugal, Gibraltar, France and Andorra. You will need to purchase additional cover whcih costs EUR 9.08 per day (with a minimum of EUR 27.23 and a maximum of EUR 99.83). Please arrange this upon your arrival at the rental desk.
Driving without having purchased this additional cover results in breach of contract, and all coverages, including CDW & TP will be void. Driving outside Spain Mainland (Balearics, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla) or any other country not mentioned above is strictly forbidden, and results in breach of contract. Customer will be liable for all expenses generated and all coverages (included those included in the pre-booked rate) will become void.
